Returns and Refunds
1. By placing an order, you agree to our returns and refunds policy.
2. We do not accept returns on prescription medications unless there is an error on our part.

1. Non-Returns and Refunds Policy
At Pillpods Online Pharmacy, your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products and to ensure the safety and integrity of our medications, we have a strict nonreturns and refunds policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Prescription Medications
Non-Returnable Items: All prescription medications are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been dispensed and shipped. This policy is in place to comply with legal requirements and to ensure the safety and efficacy of the medications.

Exceptions: We will only accept returns or provide refunds for prescription medications if intimated within 12 hours from the delivery in the following cases:
• The medication was incorrectly dispensed (e.g., wrong medication, incorrect dosage).
• The medication was damaged during shipping.
• The medication has a manufacturer's defect.

3. Over-the-Counter (OTC) Products
Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for OTC products once they have been opened or used.
Exceptions: We will accept returns or provide refunds for OTC products if intimated within 12 hours from the delivery in the following cases:
• The product was incorrectly shipped (e.g., wrong product).
• The product was damaged during shipping.
• The product has a manufacturer's defect.

4. Medical Devices and Supplies
Non-Returnable Items: Medical devices and supplies are non-returnable once they have been used or the packaging has been opened.
Exceptions: We will accept returns or provide refunds for medical devices and supplies if intimated within 12 hours from the delivery in the following cases:
• The product was incorrectly shipped (e.g., wrong product).
• The product was damaged during shipping.
• The product has a manufacturer's defect.

5. Vitamins and Supplements
Non-Returnable Items: Vitamins and supplements are non-returnable and non-refundable once the packaging has been opened.
Exceptions: We will accept returns or provide refunds for vitamins and supplements if intimated within 12 hours from the delivery in the following cases:
• The product was incorrectly shipped (e.g., wrong product).
• The product was damaged during shipping.
• The product has a manufacturer's defect.

6. Process for Reporting Issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 12 hours of receiving your order.

To report an issue, please provide the following information:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photographs of the damaged or incorrect item

7. Resolution Options
Replacement: If your issue is eligible for a return or refund, we will replace the item with a new one at no additional cost to you.
Refund: If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
